JSecurity Plugin 0.4 released

Version 0.4 of the venerable JSecurity plugin is now available. Please see the release notes for details of what's new.

Note that this is the last release of the JSecurity Plugin - since JSecurity is now Apache Shiro, future development will be on the Shiro Plugin.
